5. Pricing and Payment

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled appointments incur no fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee. Emergency service cancellations may incur higher fees due to reserved resources.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with manufacturer warranties on parts and labor guarantees as specified in your service agreement. Extended warranty options are available for additional coverage.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or failure to follow our recommendations. Customers are responsible for securing pets and ensuring safe working conditions.

9. Company Rights

We reserve the right to: refuse service for safety reasons; reschedule appointments due to technician availability or weather conditions; modify service offerings with reasonable notice; and terminate service agreements for non-payment or abusive behavior.

10. Dispute Resolution
